About this place

Mills Manor is a restored Edwardian homestead, about a century old, booked as one private safari house for families and small groups. It stands on high ground with views over indigenous gardens, open plains and the valley, with gables, high ceilings, wide verandas and period details throughout.

Five air-conditioned bedrooms, three with king beds and two that can be made up as king or twin, each open onto a private veranda and have an en-suite bathroom, a coffee station and a safe. The house has a well-stocked bar, a lounge and dining room, a large swimming pool, a sun deck, a fire pit and a braai area, and the grounds are fenced for children's safety.

The manor comes with its own private field guide and safari vehicle, a chef and service staff, so drives and meals run to your own timetable. Stays are full board with two game drives for every night, plus local drinks. The rate covers up to six guests and the house sleeps ten. A two-night minimum applies, and children aged 2 and older are welcome at half the adult rate up to age 11.
