Nestled in the heart of Oranjezicht beneath Table Mountain, this apartment offers the perfect blend of nature and city living.
Scenic mountain walks, beaches and the City Centre are just a few minutes away. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, while De Waal Park (a lush, green oasis loved by locals, kids & dogs included) is just a short drive away.
MyCiti bus is conveniently close and Ubers are always readily available. Strong Wi-Fi throughout.
**The space**
The apartment is the top-storey of an old Victorian house. It is spacious and feels like a house. It has 2 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom.
**Guest access**
1 cupboard is locked for guests but there is plenty of other storage space. The courtyard downstairs is a private part of the downstairs property where the host lives.
**Other things to note**
- There are 12 stairs to the front door (the apartment is on the top storey of a double-storey home)
- There are 2 steps in the house from the kitchen to the passage
- The owner stays downstairs
