The apartment is the top-storey of an old Victorian house. It is spacious and feels like a house. It has 2 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom.

**Guest access**

1 cupboard is locked for guests but there is plenty of other storage space. The courtyard downstairs is a private part of the downstairs property where the host lives.

- There are 12 stairs to the front door (the apartment is on the top storey of a double-storey home)
- There are 2 steps in the house from the kitchen to the passage
- The owner stays downstairs
- There are friendly cats on the property that might pop in to say hi
- There is a washing line downstairs and a clothes horse too
