The rooms are stand-alone, with no inter-leading walls, and offer a quiet, private base for travellers. The property runs on a heat-pump water system with solar inverter backup (so load-shedding rarely interrupts the Wi-Fi), and rainwater is harvested for the laundry. Family Room 2 is wheelchair friendly with a ramp from the car park, a roll-in shower and proper grab rails.
The location works for both work and leisure travel: the airport is a short drive away, beaches are 7 km, and the suburb is dense with restaurants, bakeries, pubs and shops within walking distance. Boccadillos, Chingadas, Cobblestone Bakery, The Hussar Grill, the 6th Avenue Shopping Centre, Spar and several cafés are all within 500 m to 2 km. Life St George's Hospital and Netcare Akeso are also nearby.
