About Kapama Game Reserve
Kapama is a Big Five reserve on the western edge of the Greater Kruger, next to Hoedspruit's airport, which makes it one of the easiest reserves in the country to reach: a scheduled flight and a ten-minute transfer. It is a family-owned reserve with several lodges under one operator, guided drives included, and elephant, lion, rhino, buffalo and leopard on the property. It is inside the malaria area of the Lowveld. Hoedspruit's cheetah and rehabilitation centres are next door, and the Blyde River Canyon and the Panorama Route are within an hour.
