About Springbok Chalet
A chalet for couples with scenic views over the open plains, a king-size bed and a private veranda. Each chalet is decorated in its own African animal theme, with a private secluded deck overlooking the valley, tea and coffee station, en-suite bathroom with shower, mini fridge, cooling fans for summer and wall-mounted heaters for winter. The chalets sit 300 metres from the main lodge and link directly onto the lodge's two walking trails. Rates include bed and breakfast; dinner is served at the main lodge around the nightly fire.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Note: The 2.5% conservation contribution, payment processing fees, and any applicable referral commissions are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Conservation contribution fees (2.5%) support conservation and community projects in the destinations you visit. Payment processing fees are absorbed by Spekboom for completed bookings, but cannot be recovered once a booking is cancelled. Referral commissions, where applicable, are paid to the referring party upon booking confirmation.
Payout Protection: Guest payments are held until the free cancellation window passes. This protects guests who cancel within their cancellation window and ensures hosts receive guaranteed payouts after the cancellation period ends.
