Enjoy spectacular views from this gorgeous four bedroom villa which is situated in Whale Rock. Beautiful, spacious open plan living areas are light and bright with large glass retractable doors allowing the view to flow in.
This home has been designed with a seamless indoor outdoor flow with the lounge leading out to the deck and pool area, an ideal setting for relaxation and entertainment. Long summer days can be spent soaking up the sun while admiring the views stretching across the ocean to the Tsitsikamma Mountains and Robberg Peninsula.
The modern and well equipped kitchen has a serving window through to the deck and barbeque area, making alfresco dining and entertaining a breeze. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each with a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with a Smart toilet and bidet combo.
The master bedroom is upstairs and leads out to the main deck area. The three downstairs bedrooms all lead out to a patio walkway.
The first, second, and third bedrooms are each comfortably furnished with a king-size bed and the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds upon request.
This villa is very well equipped including a double work station, a cosy wood burning fireplace for the cooler evenings and a wonderful firepit to sit around with friends and family and enjoy sundowners.
