About this place
Tintswalo Atlantic sits at the foot of Chapman's Peak on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the only property on this stretch of Table Mountain National Park's coastline. With the mountain on one side and the open ocean on the other, it has become one of Cape Town's best-known places for honeymoons and weddings, and has been recognised by Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast and the Luxe 100 awards.
There are ten suites. Eight Island Suites, each named after an island and styled to match, open onto private sea-facing decks with uninterrupted ocean views. Higher up the slope, the Elba Mountain Suite has a lounge and a deck over the ocean, and the Corsica Mountain Suite a private deck with sweeping views.
Breakfast, sunset canapés and cocktails, wifi and a welcome bottle of wine are included. The Chefs Warehouse restaurant at Tintswalo Atlantic serves lunch and dinner beside the water, there is a spa, and the lodge can arrange private chauffeured drives in an all-electric Lexus to Hout Bay, the Constantia winelands and the coastal roads of the peninsula.
