Enjoy the beautiful self-catering Boathouse on our multi-award winning olive farm. If you haven't been to Tulbagh before you are in for a wonderful surprise as there are so many things to do and see. Just 90 minutes from Cape Town and part of the Cape Winelands. This tranquil farming valley is nestled between three mountains, The Groot Winterhoek, The Witzenberg, and the Obiqua. For your convenience on arrival, there is tea, coffee, (Nespresso Machine and Plunger), milk, rusks, and ice. Firewood for the barbecue and indoor fireplace as well as firelighters. There is also a complimentary olive tasting voucher for two, valid for your stay (closed on Sundays). Please present your voucher at the Oakhurst Olive Tasting Room to validate it. Please note that The Boathouse can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Space is not recommended for children because of its proximity to the water. You will be staying on a beautiful farm with exclusive use of The Boathouse, situated at Oakhurst Olives, against the slopes of the Groot Winterhoek Mountains.

Tulbagh is a beautifully restored Cape Dutch village in a fertile valley, known for its historic Church Street with the highest concentration of national monuments in South Africa.
