Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
A provisional booking is held for 21 days. To confirm it, a non-refundable commitment fee of 25 percent of the total is payable, and the balance falls due 60 days before arrival. Cancelling 61 days or more before arrival forfeits 25 percent of the total. Cancelling 60 days or less before arrival forfeits the full amount. Over the festive season, 15 December to 5 January, the commitment fee is 50 percent, the balance is due 120 days before arrival, and the cancellation fence moves to 121 days. Singita refunds the full accommodation value if every Singita property in the region is closed, if borders are closed to travellers from the guest's country, if visas are refused, or if quarantine on arrival is imposed.
Note: The 2.5% conservation contribution, payment processing fees, and any applicable referral commissions are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Conservation contribution fees (2.5%) support conservation and community projects in the destinations you visit. Payment processing fees are absorbed by Spekboom for completed bookings, but cannot be recovered once a booking is cancelled. Referral commissions, where applicable, are paid to the referring party upon booking confirmation.
Payout Protection: Guest payments are held until the free cancellation window passes. This protects guests who cancel within their cancellation window and ensures hosts receive guaranteed payouts after the cancellation period ends.
