Linyanti Expeditions

Linyanti Expeditions sits in the exclusive Linyanti Enclave of northern Botswana, between the Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park, a landscape of open floodplains, riverine forest and papyrus-lined waterways known for its predators and large herds of elephant.

There are six tents on raised wooden decks, each with a king-size bed, an indoor bathroom and its own Star Suite: a mesh-enclosed gazebo with a bed for sleeping under the stars. The shaded common areas blur indoors and out, with a bar, a long dining table serving local ingredients and quiet corners for reading.

Morning and afternoon game drives, walking safaris and mokoro trips through the Linyanti Wetlands with local polers make up the days. It is one of the camps run by African Bush Camps, a Zimbabwean-founded safari company whose Foundation works on education, community and conservation projects in the areas around its camps.
