About Grange Villa

A three-bedroom farmhouse for multigenerational stays, with three en-suite bedrooms, a lounge and fireplace, a long dining room, wide verandas and a private garden and pool. Upstairs is a loft with four single beds suited to children aged 6 to 12 (no bathroom on that level). Exclusive use, with continental and hot breakfast, housekeeping, laundry, daily turndown, a dedicated villa host, snack basket and house drinks replenished daily. Sleeps 6 adults plus up to 4 children in the loft.

Host Deposit Terms

A 20% refundable commitment fee is due within 14 days of confirmation; it is non-refundable for Festive Season bookings (20 December to 10 January) and for group bookings of three or more villas. The balance is due 45 days before arrival, and bookings made within 45 days of arrival are paid in full. Bookings held without a paid commitment fee are provisional: if another request comes in for those dates the agent has 48 hours to pay, and the fee then becomes non-refundable. Rates are ZAR including VAT. The Franschhoek tourism levy (R80) and community fee (R120) are charged per room per night in addition.

Note: The 2.5% conservation contribution, payment processing fees, and any applicable referral commissions are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Conservation contribution fees (2.5%) support conservation and community projects in the destinations you visit. Payment processing fees are absorbed by Spekboom for completed bookings, but cannot be recovered once a booking is cancelled. Referral commissions, where applicable, are paid to the referring party upon booking confirmation.

Payout Protection: Guest payments are held until the free cancellation window passes. This protects guests who cancel within their cancellation window and ensures hosts receive guaranteed payouts after the cancellation period ends.

House rules

Guests are expected to respect the house rules of each accommodation. These rules will be provided upon booking confirmation.
