Bramasole Boutique Hotel

Bramasole Boutique Hotel is a quiet, peaceful boutique country hotel in the heart of Magoebaskloof in Limpopo, on the A37 just off the R71 near Haenertsburg. The hotel is set on a lake against roughly 200 hectares of indigenous forest, with a series of wetlands running down to the river that flows through the property, and this combination of lake, wetland, forest and grassland supports a remarkably diverse ecosystem in one of South Africa's prime forest birding areas. The Forest Walk starts at the guesthouse and trails past majestic indigenous trees alive with birdlife, and guided bird-watching tours are available in the surrounding Magoebaskloof area.

Each of the seventeen individually themed rooms tells its own story, from the Darnis and Delft rooms opening onto the forest garden to the Kyoto and Loch Lomond chalets with their Webers and fire pits, and the Paris Suite with fireplaces in both bedroom and lounge. Bed and breakfast rooms come with a bar fridge and DSTV; the self-catering suites add kitchenettes, and a communal braai at the Lake House serves the self-catering rooms without their own.
