A great place to "work from home" or use for leisure, traditional pavement steps lead you to the sunshine-yellow front door and raised red terrace. The open plan living area and kitchen face Waterkant Street, with plenty of light from the front sash windows. The fully fitted kitchen, with concrete work tops, white bricks and yellow ceiling, has seating for two.
An olive feature wall wraps around the living room and along the corridor that connects to the bedroom with aubergine, grey and white colour scheme, ceiling fan and overlooks the private courtyard.
The same corridor opens onto a blue study area with French Windows to the brick paved courtyard with outdoor shower, seating and colourful wall art. The stylish grey tiled bathroom, with concrete sink counter, has a large shower, again overlooking the outdoor area.
