About this place
Known as “The Clown House”, due to previous owners being professional clowns, this stylish luxury three bedroom cottage is perfect for groups or families.
The ground floor, with painted wooden floors, has an open plan air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area with glass ceiling skylight that is overlooked by the terrace above. The two air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom with shower; bedroom 2 is made up as a twin but can also, if requested, be configured as a king. Central wooden stairs lead you up to the first floor spacious air-conditioned master king size bedroom. A walk-through wardrobe area accesses the en-suite bathroom with twin basins and shower. This bedroom opens out onto its own private terrace with sun loungers, table and seating.
The stairs continue up to the large roof deck with large seating area, further sun loungers and amazing views of Table Mountain and the City.
