About Sunflower Villa Two
This two bedroom villa charms with old world style and polished parquet flooring throughout. Consisting of two large bedrooms (king size beds that can be split to provide for two people sharing) that have plenty of cupboard space. Conveniently this unit has two bathrooms. The large open plan modern kitchen is fully fitted and includes a stove with oven, microwave, fridge and all necessary utensils and crockery to self cater. It opens out onto a private courtyard for those breakfasts in the sun. The fenced beautifully treed and maintained garden features a large swimming pool for summer enjoyment. There is garage and carport parking. The walled and gated property has good lighting and security. Walking distance from popular Victory Park shopping centre that includes Virgin Active Gym, Pick and Pay, Woollies food, Mug and Bean and Dischem Pharmacy. Uber always seems just 5 minutes away. Gautrain Rosebank station the closest. Top schools, universities and restaurants nearby as well as green areas for walking and biking. Sandton and downtown JHB within 15 minutes (outside of peak hours) Sunflower Villas chose to be managed by Jamie McLeod owner of Moonflower cottages situated across the road. Since 2008 Jamie has provided excellent service and hospitality making this a stay that is a home from home. Between the 5 rooms at Sunflower Villas and 7 Moonflower Cottages we can cater for groups of 12 (single) to 24 people (sharing) for management, teams or big family visits in Gauteng. Longer term discounts available. 2 night minimum stay per villas or book both villas for one night minimum stay. Luxurious towels and the best percale bedding are provided. There are extra blanket for winter warmth and a fan in summer for your comfort. A hairdryer is available on request.

Note: The 2.5% conservation contribution, payment processing fees, and any applicable referral commissions are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Conservation contribution fees (2.5%) support conservation and community projects in the destinations you visit. Payment processing fees are absorbed by Spekboom for completed bookings, but cannot be recovered once a booking is cancelled. Referral commissions, where applicable, are paid to the referring party upon booking confirmation.
Payout Protection: Guest payments are held until the free cancellation window passes. This protects guests who cancel within their cancellation window and ensures hosts receive guaranteed payouts after the cancellation period ends.
