About this place
Cape Cadogan Villa is a private, exclusive-use home in Gardens, Cape Town, a few steps from Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel and the cafés and galleries of Kloof Street. The single-storey heritage house, part of the hotel's restored National Monument property, has three en-suite bedrooms for up to six guests, with Table Mountain rising behind the deck.
Inside, an open-plan living area runs from a fully equipped kitchen through the lounge and dining room and out to a deck with a private plunge pool, sun loungers and an outdoor table. The interiors share the hotel's style of emerald velvet, patterned tiles and black-framed glass.
A dedicated team looks after the house: a villa concierge, a butler and housekeeper, and a chef who cooks breakfast every morning. The pantry is stocked to your preferences, a premium bar selection and same-day laundry are part of the stay, and a private vehicle with chauffeur and airport transfers make the city easy to explore. Villa guests also have unlimited wellness and beauty treatments, the hotel's fitness centre and pools, and the Mack & Madi kids' programme with childminding.
The villa team can also connect you with Injongo Educare Centre in Mfuleni, on the Cape Flats. Founded by Mavis Ngcongolo, who began by opening her home to neighbourhood children, the registered non-profit now runs from converted shipping containers and cares for babies and young children up to school age, with after-school tutoring, hot meals, arts and music for older learners. The hotel arranges guided visits of about three hours, and guests can bring school supplies through Pack for a Purpose for the team to deliver.

Note: The 2.5% conservation contribution, payment processing fees, and any applicable referral commissions are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Conservation contribution fees (2.5%) support conservation and community projects in the destinations you visit. Payment processing fees are absorbed by Spekboom for completed bookings, but cannot be recovered once a booking is cancelled. Referral commissions, where applicable, are paid to the referring party upon booking confirmation.
Payout Protection: Guest payments are held until the free cancellation window passes. This protects guests who cancel within their cancellation window and ensures hosts receive guaranteed payouts after the cancellation period ends.
