This lovely three-bedroom apartment in the Toledo complex offers comfortable coastal living in the heart of Plettenberg Bay. Situated on the second floor, it features a light-filled open-plan living area, with the dining space flowing seamlessly into the lounge. Large windows offer beautiful views across the lagoon and ocean towards the Tsitsikamma Mountains. The lounge flows out to a sunny balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffees or relax after a day at the beach. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the main bedroom enjoying lovely views over the lagoon and bay. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. This apartment is ideally located within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and within easy reach of Central Beach. The property is equipped with a Smart TV, tenants to use own login details for streaming channels. There is also an inverter which provides power to the Wi-Fi, TV and a lamp in the event of a power failure. It does
not provide power to anything with a heating element such as kettle, airfryer, hairdryer etc. On street parking is available with easy access into the complex via a side gate located near the parking area. Please note that this apartment is on the second floor which is accessed by stairs only. No braai's or barbeques are permitted on the balcony. Due to the low balcony children over the age of 12 years are welcome. This property sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Please note that there is a refundable breakage deposit of R4500 which is collected via bank transfer and refunded back to the tenant by bank transfer. *Payment for the booking is collected by bank transfer.
