Neighbours at 26 Loader, to the left of 24 Loader Street, started building work as of 9-10-24, which will mean possible noise disturbances during authourised council building working hours. This single-storey ground -evel property is going up to match its neighbours on either side. This work stopped early December'24, due to building plan issues, and finally resumed 11-5-26.

These builders have confirmed that they plan to work weekdays from around 8am to 5pm, Friday's they may finish earlier at 4pm. If any concrete pouring, they may start earlier and will let us know in advance. Saturday's every 2nd, 8am - 3pm;

hey will not work Sundays. They will only work on Public Holidays if needed and will let us know in advance. Builders take annual holidays around mid-Dec to mid-Jan for 4 weeks; this year this will be from the 18th Dec'26 to 5th Jan'27. Completion date currently estimated March 2027 if all goes according to plan.
