De Hoop Villa

De Hoop Villa opened in late 2025 inside De Hoop Nature Reserve, close to the Opstal area and The Fig Tree Restaurant. It is designed for sole use by up to six guests.

Each of the three large en-suite bedrooms opens onto the fynbos and wildlife around the house, and every bed can be made up as twins. The bathrooms have baths and showers. The open-plan lounge, with a fireplace, and the dining area lead onto wide terraces with a private swimming pool, a hot tub and a boma.

Stays are fully catered and guided, for a minimum of four guests and two nights. Afternoon tea, breakfasts, a lunch and dinners are included, along with guided outings with the reserve's field guides: a marine walk, a nature drive, a guided mountain bike ride and a bird and vlei walk. Drinks are for guests' own account.
