Wolwedans Desert Lodge reopened in April 2026 after an extensive rebuild, and it is the most refined address in the collection. Nine tented rooms, six luxury and three family, stand on a rocky ridge above the NamibRand plains behind walls of glass and canvas that fold the desert straight into the room. New interiors landed in June 2026, and the guest flow through the main areas was redesigned around long views, deep sofas, a fire pit and a dining room that looks out to the Nubib mountains.

Set slightly apart is the Mountain View Suite, the collection's most exclusive address: a two-guest suite with its own lounge, dining room, kitchen, swimming pool and star bed, and a private chef, guide and vehicle for the duration of the stay.

The reserve around it is a 220,000 hectare private wilderness, an International Dark Sky Reserve and Africa's first Wilderness Quiet Park. Days run on scenic drives morning and afternoon, sundowners, a full-day desert safari, e-biking, a guided Bushman walk and the Heart and Home village tour. Rates are per person sharing and include all meals with house beverages, limited laundry, the stipulated daily activities and airstrip transfers. Minimum stay is 2 nights, arriving any day.
