Untamed Camp Linyanti

Untamed Camp Linyanti is a new camp on the Linyanti River in northern Botswana, looking across the water to Namibia. It opens on 1 March 2027 with six rooms: three skybeds, raised rooms built for sleeping out under the stars, and three tented suites, so the camp never holds more than 12 guests. It is part of Untamed Places, a safari company that is 100% Botswana citizen-owned and run from Maun.

The Linyanti is one of Botswana's most private wilderness areas, a mix of riverine forest, floodplain and marsh where elephant herds gather along the water in the dry season. Lion, leopard and African wild dog all range through the area. Days are built around morning and afternoon game drives, guided walks and boat cruises on the river, with night drives where the concession allows.

Stays are all inclusive, covering meals, local drinks, two activities a day, laundry, park and concession fees and the transfer from Saile Airstrip.
