Wildlife ACT is an award-winning non-profit conservation organisation dedicated to saving Africa's endangered and priority species from extinction. Since 2008, the organisation has been delivering professional, science-led conservation services across protected areas in South Africa and the Seychelles. Guided by a vision of thriving wildlife, resilient ecosystems, and empowered people, Wildlife ACT works at the intersection of species protection, habitat restoration, and community wellbeing.

In Zululand, Wildlife ACT's field teams operate daily across key protected areas including Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park, Manyoni Private Game Reserve, Somkhanda Community Game Reserve, and uMkhuze within iSimangaliso Wetland Park. These projects focus on the monitoring and protection of threatened species such as the African Wild Dog, Black and White Rhinoceros, Cheetah, Lion, Leopard, Elephant, and Vultures.

In the Southern Drakensberg, Wildlife ACT leads a conservation project focused on protecting the region's Vultures, including the Regionally Critically Endangered Bearded Vulture.

Beyond terrestrial conservation, Wildlife ACT's work extends into the marine realm through its Marine and Coastal Conservation Project on North Island in the Seychelles.

Wildlife ACT also recognises that true conservation success depends on people. Its Community and Coexistence Programme works with rural communities living alongside protected areas in KwaZulu-Natal to promote environmental education, human-wildlife conflict mitigation, and shared stewardship.
